Pasture-Raised Poultry

Meat from pasture-raised poultry is very different from conventionally-raised poultry. Pastured poultry eat a diverse diet of grasses, forages, seeds, nuts, insects, and grubs. They’re out in the sunshine. They run around and express all their natural behaviors. All of this results in more developed, healthy and nutrient-rich meat.

When you eat pasture-raised poultry, you get:

  • less saturated fat

  • more heart-healthy polyunsaturated fats

  • more omega-3 fats

  • higher levels of protein

  • more collagen

  • more vitamin E

Grass-fed & Finished Lamb

Grass-fed and finished lambs never eat grain. Instead, they forage on lush, diverse, no-spray pastures in the spring, summer, and fall, and high-quality alfalfa hay in the winter. Our grass-fed lambs live active lives grazing out in the sunshine with their family groups. All of this results in more developed, healthy and nutrient-rich meat.

When you eat 100% grass-fed lamb, you get:

  • less saturated fat

  • more heart-healthy polyunsaturated fats

  • more omega-3 fats

  • more vitamin E

  • more vitamin A
