Price breakdown:
$7 / lb on the hanging weight (avg. 35-45lbs)
$220 custom cut & wrap butcher’s fee
Total: $465 - $535
Total take-home weight: ~ 25-35lbs
This comes out to about $16 / lb on the meat that you take home.
Pickup:
Pick up will be at Knutzen’s Meats, our local butcher in Pasco, WA.
